Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel subscriptions and services as follows:

1. Notification: Customers may notify Speed Science of cancellation via email or phone call.

2. Full-time fitness coaching: Customer may cancel coaching subscription at any time. Any pre-paid time periods and unused portions of the current time period will be refunded to the payment method used.

3. Private skills coaching sessions. Customers may cancel or postpone sessions at any time. Customer may decide whether to receive a refund or credit for future sessions. If a private session is cut short, customer may decide whether to receive a refund or credit for unused portion of time.

4. Public skills clinics and camps. Customer may cancel their enrollment at any time. If a cancellation notice is given greater than 5 days before clinic or camp, customer is eligible for a full refund or credit. If notice is given less than 5 days ahead, customer will receive credit for future services.

5. Bike Fitting. Customer may cancel appointments at any time.
